This program was founded by HCSS to support exceptional construction interns and highlight the companies who help them succeed.

I created and managed contest branding, structure, and outreach across multiple channels.

- Pitched new contest structures each year to increase participation and social interaction throughout the year, while maintaining the same budget.

- Brought over 100,000 new visitors to the HCSS website through press generated by our scholarship program.

- Managed daily operations and moderated popular voting 24/7.

- Gathered high-quality user-generated content, including written copy, photos, and video.

- Organized multiple rounds of judging, consisting of cross-departmental teams and national industry advisors.

- Enhanced the HCSS brand by providing a platform for our customers and their interns to be the central focus.

- Created promotional content in the form of social posts, emails, landing pages, graphics, videos.

- Improved social following by 500% in less than a year.

- Targeted outreach to schools and organizations to increase participation.
